New name, same soul.

When we began our journey under the name Scan Flames, our vision was clear: to create the highest quality bioethanol lamps and heaters, where form and function go hand in hand.

As our design universe has evolved, we have wanted a name that even better reflects our identity, our international outlook, and our unique product design. Therefore, we are proud today to be called Eightflame.

When you receive your product, in some cases the packaging will say "Scan Flames". This is a deliberate choice.

Instead of throwing away thousands of manufactured and fully functional cardboard boxes, we have chosen to use up our existing packaging. For us, it makes no sense to create unnecessary waste simply to replace a print on a box. Sustainability is also about using the resources we have already produced.

Although the name on the box is our former name during this transition period, the contents inside the box are 100% a genuine Eightflame product.

All our products are manufactured to exactly the same high standards, with the same premium materials and the same eye for detail. Your warranty, your customer service, and your product experience are exactly the same – regardless of what is written on the outside of the cardboard box.
